Numerology Outlook 2007

2007 is a nine year. For everyone this symbolises the end of a cycle, and so there will be a “rounding” up of things physical and spiritual and people will be able to reflect on the last few years and decide whether they have been spent wisely or foolishly. Lynn Buess felt that millions of the Earth's population are still living in unawakened mass consciousness, but increasingly are on the verge of self-awakening.

Nine urges the ego to let go of self and serve the greater whole. It is a very different vibration from last year, which was eight and represented power and authority.

Nine is challenging us now, as it requires letting go of restraining insecurities and possessive attitudes, which no longer move in the direction compatible with evolution, and there is generally a deep desire from those who feel it, to bring about global expansion in human consciousness.

2007 is made up from two, the number of cooperation and discussion, and seven the number of the occult, things hidden. Two brings creation or manifestation and has a duality to it. (Picture 1 and 1 side by side). Dualism affects us all the time, as in Yin/Yang, day/night, man/woman etc. Two is feminine and moon and silver, which is proving to be the healer of wounds. Seven likes to delve into the mysteries of life and bring them forth into the material plane. Seven represents science and mathematics.

Between them, sit two zeros, emphasizing the spiritual nature of the age we are living in now. Both numbers, two and nine, stimulate a strong urge to manifest truth and right living. Are there enough conscious souls to be able to pull this energy through? Let us see…

Personal Year Number

How 2007 will affect you depends largely on your personal year number. This is easy to calculate:

Add the numbers of the day and month of your birth date together, then add 7, the number for this year. Add the digits of the resulting number together. If they total 9 or less, this is your personal year number. If not, repeat the process until you are left with a single digit.

Examples:

Birthday 23rd December:
Day 23 + month 12 + 7 = 42
4 + 2 = 6

Birthday 29th November:
Day 29 + month 11 + 7 = 47
4 + 7 = 11
1 + 1 = 2

Personal year number 1

You are now entering the beginning of a nine-year cycle, a “renewal year” which will shape your life. The feeling and desire to move forward, to do something about present conditions and to get on in the world, will be your focus. If you don't feel this sort of inner unrest, at least become aware of what may be going on around you, otherwise you could be taken by surprise as the universe acts on your behalf anyway. This is the year that should stop you getting into a rut. To an active person it will seem as if life is moving along as usual, but to a cautious, organised person the year may feel uncomfortably out of control as the unexpected happens. The number one year is like standing at a crossroads. The future is before you, and the past behind. Keep your eyes focused ahead, but don't be tempted to run too fast. More will be achieved by stepping forward carefully.

Success will be obtained through diplomacy and cooperation with those you are depending upon for results. Even if you are distancing yourself from established ties, patience and a willingness to see other points of view will bring you what you want more quickly. Neither resistance nor dominance is part of this year's plans, and could bring unhappiness. The lighter side may include love affairs, weddings and social events. The year holds many promises, even if they are not realised straight away. Some experiences will be deep and emotional, but don't allow hasty action or dominance to spoil them. Patience and an open heart will see your goals achieved.

Personal year number 3

This year is all about dreams – your dreams for the future that you have been nurturing in secret, but have never expressed. Don't forget that dreams have a way of becoming reality, sometimes in unexpected ways. Follow your desire for self-improvement and awareness. Do it in a simple, constructive way, and avoid impulsiveness or falling into the trap of throwing the baby out with the bath water. More serious in tone, this is a year of opportunity, a building year based on practical values and steady application. At times it will seem slow, but the year is just providing a firm base to allow any ideas or business activities to flourish. It is a “heads down and eyes on the ball” year. Although it may seem stodgy, there will be fun too. Take care of in-laws and relatives and health matters. This year is a good time to buy, sell and build a business. Look carefully at yourself – do you object to being orderly or practical? If so, try and curb recklessness for the sake of your future well being. Do you know where your insurance papers are? Do you budget? How much money do you have? Do you owe money? If so get the debt paid.

This year is full of movement and the desire to live a little. (Or a lot!) As the year begins, you will feel subconsciously that new things and opportunities await. There may be changes in environment, relationships or enterprises. This year is worldlier than the last one, and you may feel restless and tired of the old routine. Be careful not to burn your bridges behind you - you may regret it later. Accept the inner drive urging you to move forward, and put more enthusiasm into projects. Get out and enjoy yourself, it could help you meet new people who will bring colour into your life. You will look closely at personal freedom, but remember that the freedom of others is important too! Legal problems must be treated with respect and good judgement, so don't be afraid to ask for help.

Personal year number 6

You are now on the upward climb of a nine-year cycle, and the results of your efforts should be beginning to present themselves. However, the number six denotes duty and responsibility, and that should be borne in mind. Your future depends on maintaining both personal standards and goodwill toward others, so try to think of a way to give of yourself. You may feel strongly about what is right and wrong, but remember that other people may not see things in quite the same light. Lack of truth could bring legal problems, separations and discord. Family gatherings and celebrations come under this number, so enjoy them when they appear.

Personal year number 7

An inner drive will be prodding you this year. Regardless of your line of work, you may suddenly feel tired of the endless duties of last year, and wish to have more time to yourself. Your soul will call for an outlet for creative expression. You may find that you are more alone than usual as you listen to this inner voice. This could cause some problems - your nearest and dearest may resent the change in you, and misunderstand your motives. Separations and breaking up of friendships could occur. If emotion and hurt feelings rule, you may find that problems will be aggravated and hard to solve. Take time to study, rest, read and travel. On a positive note, the year may offer love affairs that are very rewarding, and joining a new group will mean new friendships. This is your harvest year - you are like the farmer bringing his produce to market. Many opportunities will present themselves, and your state of mind will reflect your success and financial advancement. Don't just “hope”, this is a year of action. Avoid emotional outpourings, which will just scatter your energies - steady thinking is needed for results. This is the year to be careful of moral considerations, as indiscretion or carelessness in business or personal relationships will spoil the fruit. Good judgement of others will be particularly important. Take care of your digestive system, as stress can easily upset you. Don't hesitate to ask for help from those in authority or those you trust, and don't be afraid of ambition, which is the first step towards achievement.

Personal year number 9

You are now closing a cycle that you began nine years ago, so be prepared to let go of things that have no value for you any longer. If you are tempted to cling on to the old, you may find life very uncomfortable. Be tolerant, compassionate and forgiving. This is not a year to concentrate on personal growth, or for starting new ventures. If something wants out of your life, then let it go - this is clearing the way for the new. You may feel some frustration, but don't let such moods spoil this year of quiet rest. Let life and others shoulder some of the responsibility.
